Hi. I’m Mon.

I’m a natural people person who values relationships, travelling and more importantly eating Korean fried chicken 😝.

At work, my unique background that blends design, operations and working with executives gives me a unique perspective on challenges, makes me a well-rounded ideas person, hands-on doer and strategic problem solver.

With experience in Financial Services, FMCG, public sector and my own start-up I have a proven track record working collaboratively and championing the user.

Co-Founder

As a side hustle, my husband and I are developing a swapping app that provides a convenient way for busy parents to give and get secondhand kids’ items such as toys, books, clothes and more! Key activities: innovation and strategy, concept and product development, research, marketing, service design and customer experience.
